계정 삭제 안내

1. 앱에서 직접 삭제하기

K-ALBA 앱 또는 웹에 로그인한 뒤 프로필 → 계정 관리 → 회원 탈퇴를 누르면 그 자리에서 처리됩니다. 별도의 승인 절차나 대기 기간은 없습니다.

2. 로그인할 수 없는 경우

앱을 이미 삭제했거나 계정에 접근할 수 없다면 아래 주소로 가입에 사용한 이메일과 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내 처리하고 회신드립니다.

3. 탈퇴하면 바로 일어나는 일

• 해당 계정으로 로그인이 차단됩니다.
• 사장님 계정이라면 게시 중이던 구인 공고가 모두 마감되어 목록에서 사라집니다.
• 새 공고 추천 메일 등 알림 발송이 중단됩니다.
• 이미 진행 중이던 지원·근로계약 건은 상대방(사장님 또는 학교 담당자)에게 기록으로 남습니다. 분쟁이 생겼을 때 확인할 수 있어야 하기 때문이며, 이 기록은 아래 5항의 보관 기간을 따릅니다.

4. 개인정보 완전 파기 요청

탈퇴 후에도 계정 복구 문의와 분쟁 처리에 대비해 개인정보가 일정 기간 분리 보관됩니다. 복구를 원하지 않고 즉시 완전 파기를 원하시면 아래로 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 다음 항목을 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 파기하고 회신드립니다.

• 프로필(이름, 연락처, 이메일, 비자 정보, 프로필 사진)
• 지원 내역, 스크랩, 알림 설정, 챗봇 대화 기록
• 업로드한 신분·재학 관련 첨부 파일
• 사장님 계정의 경우 등록한 구인 공고 및 사업장 정보

5. 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관되는 데이터

아래 항목은 관계 법령이 보존을 의무화하고 있어 탈퇴 후에도 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관되며, 기간이 지나면 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 파기합니다. 이 기간 중에는 법령이 정한 목적(분쟁 처리, 관계기관 요청 대응) 외의 용도로 이용하지 않습니다.

• 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
• 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
• 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
• 근로계약 관련 자료(전자서명된 표준근로계약서 등): 3년 (근로기준법 제42조)
• 접속 로그: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)

1. Delete it yourself

Sign in to the K-ALBA app or website and go to Profile → Account → Delete account. The request is processed immediately; there is no waiting period.

2. If you cannot sign in

If you have already uninstalled the app or lost access to your account, email k-alba@naver.com from (or mentioning) the address you signed up with. We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 business days.

3. What happens immediately

• You can no longer sign in with that account.
• For employer accounts, all live job postings are closed and disappear from the job list.
• Notification emails stop.
• Applications and employment contracts already in progress remain on record for the other party (employer or university officer) so disputes can be resolved; they follow the retention periods in section 5 below.

4. Requesting permanent erasure

Your personal data is kept in separate storage for a limited time so the account can be restored if you ask. If you do not want that and prefer immediate permanent erasure of your profile, applications, chatbot history, uploaded documents and job postings, email k-alba@naver.com. We verify your identity and erase the data irreversibly within 7 business days.

5. What is retained, and for how long

Korean law requires us to keep the following records after account deletion. They are stored separately, used only for the legally required purpose, and then destroyed irreversibly.

• Contract and withdrawal-of-offer records: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Payment and supply-of-goods records: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Employment contract documents: 3 years (Labor Standards Act, Art. 42)
• Access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
